We bonded primarily over our faith and dedication to keeping Christ at the center of everything. Our first date was at St. Peter's Catholic church and was later followed by a trip to the farmer's market, lunch, and finally a trip to Scheel's to look at guns (of course). Neither of us wanted the date to end so we turned a 2 hour date into approximately a 6 hour date. The rest, as they say, is history.

Our time together consists of watching Generation Kill, building ARs, going to the gym, eating steak, hunting, and going to the shooting range. Occasionally, we'd get dressed up and go to the Marine Corps ball and even the opera.

Our shared vision of a future is ultimately what brought us to the point of pursuing marriage. While building a life that glorifies God, we hope to have a large family, build a self-sufficient home, and help each other get into Heaven.
